Carandini introduces together with Olivieri 1882 a unique PANETTONE with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

The limited edition elegantly combines two Italian culinary traditions, resulting in a rich holiday cake laced with a sweet, balsamic cream filling.

This riff on the classic recipe pairs pastry chef Nicola Olivieri’s award-winning panettone with Carandini’s signature Emilio Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

A four-day production, two of which are dedicated to its natural fermentation, brings about a lavishly soft panettone.


Olivieri 1882

Nestled in the Italian province of Veneto, Olivieri 1882 is a 6th generation bakery, famous for their leavened holiday cakes — panettone in particular. Pastry chef Nicola Olivieri uses a 140-year-old family recipe to create a panettone with no preservatives and only the finest hand-selected raw ingredients.

Prodotto da forno a lievitazione naturale - 1000g (35,27 oz / 2,20 lbs) ℮ Ingredienti: farina di grano* tenero tipo 00, Uva sultanina, farcitura all’Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (12,27% ), (Crema con “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP” (succo d’uva concentrato, Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (20%) (aceto di vino, mosto d’uva concentrato, colorante: caramello E150d, addensante: amido modificato), alcol etilico), burro*, tuorlo d’uovo*, zucchero, lievito madre (farina di grano* tenero tipo 00, acqua), acqua, Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (2,6%) (aceto di vino, mosto di uva cotto, colorante: caramello E150d), latte*, miele d’acacia, emulsionante: mono e digliceridi degli acidi grassi, sale, vaniglia Bourbon del Madagascar.
