Refund Policy

Defective Products and Returns

Upon delivery of the Products, the Customer is required to verify that they conform to the order, paying particular attention to the following:

  • the number of packages indicated on the carrier's delivery note corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered;
  • the packaging is intact and has not been damaged or tampered with.

Any irregularities (such as tampering with or damage to the packaging) must be specifically noted in writing on the carrier's delivery receipt, and the Customer must refuse delivery of the shipment. At the same time, the Customer shall promptly notify the Seller's Customer Service by sending an email to customerservice@carandini.it.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable legislation governing distance contracts (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 209/2025), consumer Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the last Product included in the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the dedicated online withdrawal/return feature by clicking the "Exercise Right of Withdrawal / Return" button available on the order status page, or by accessing their customer account at the following link:

The procedure consists of two steps: submitting the withdrawal request and providing an explicit confirmation of the request. Once completed, the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation email indicating the date and time the request was submitted.

The cost of returning the Product(s) shall be borne by the Seller.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed Products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed after delivery.

The refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller receives the returned Product(s), or from the date on which the Customer provides evidence that the Product(s) have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
