This traditional Balsamic Vinegar has a strong, yet balanced flavor, aged a minimum 3 years in Carandini wooden barrels until the proper density is achieved. Antonio reflects an intense flavor profile and offers a persistent aroma. It is rich in taste and pairs perfectly with both savory and sweet dishes.
